    You just received news and it requires you to sell your home fast.  You may not feel you have time to go through putting your property for sale. Brokers have regular meetings with all their agents and discuss “pocket listings” and “pocket investors” that are around. There are many investors or potential buyers that brokers’ agents know of that might fit your need to sell quickly. Buyers looking for terms that otherwise you wouldn’t consider are around. In this instance carrying a note for what investors would take as quick equity might benefit you in the long run and help first time buyers or buyers needing financial creativity.  Investors will help in expediting a sale but it usually comes at cut in price.
