Capital Properties was established in 1973 and has been owned and managed by the same family since that time.
The firm's President, John Patton, Sr., is an Austin Board of Realtors Director for 2003-2005 and has earned the prestigious CRB (Certified Real Estate Broker Manager) designation and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation.
John M. Patton, the Managing Broker, has also earned his CRS and RMM (Real Estate Marketing Manager) designations.
